If you decide not to use our premium Services any longer, we guarantee you the right to a refund within 30 days of your purchase. In most cases, you have no entitlement to a refund after 30 days from the date of purchase. In such a circumstance, we may provide you a pro-rata refund of Service costs paid during the subscription period when the Services were unavailable or unusable.

You have the ability to terminate your account at any time; however, canceled accounts will not be refunded for the portion of the ongoing service period that was not used. Accounts cancelled due to a breach of these Terms will not be refunded.

Please keep in mind that Privacy Bastion does not guarantee that any legal action will be taken or that any results will be obtained.

We reserve the right to withdraw any representation and cancel and/or revoke any documentation authorizing us to act on your behalf at any time, for any reason, and in our sole discretion. We shall not be granted any implied authorizations or responsibilities. Furthermore, unless specifically agreed to in writing between you and us, we do not consent to any representations.

You understand and agree that the list of receivers of data removal requests may change from time to time due to unforeseen events such as changes in the data brokers' business or internal operations.

Privacy Bastion works in only a few countries/regions where data protection regulations are in effect: the European Union, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, Canada, and the United States (mainland). The list of countries, however, is subject to change. By signing up for Privacy Bastion services, you acknowledge and agree that the number of successful deletion requests may vary according on the country in which you reside.
